I have had many wonderful session over the years with Trina, but her new focused work with sound is truly amazing. It is gentle, but incredibly impactful and her emphasis on spiritual change being a "remembrance" takes the stigma from having to do hard work which can lead to a feeling of never truly accomplishing what you are seeking. Shifts are gentle, quiet, yet ever so fruitful!
