Every session I feel held and seen, and leave with a deep and peaceful connection with my self. The sound/vibrational healing is gentle and really shifts the energy that is ready to move and be aligned. Trina is an amazing vessel for this work!

I have had many wonderful session over the years with Trina, but her new focused work with sound is truly amazing. It is gentle, but incredibly impactful and her emphasis on spiritual change being a "remembrance" takes the stigma from having to do hard work which can lead to a feeling of never truly accomplishing what you are seeking.
