Together, we follow what arises using a blend of energy support, breathwork, sound, intuitive reflection, and emotional witnessing. There’s no script or formula, just presence and deep listening.
You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, steadier… or simply more whole.
Please know: This session begins as soon as you book. We start by preparing your space, selecting the right tools, and tuning in to your needs, setting the energy before we meet.
Many people find the shifts continue after the session ends, and gentle follow-up support is available if needed.
